Terms and Conditions: Win a Year of Free Breakfast at By Jarmusch

Article 1: General
These promotion terms and conditions apply to the “A Year of Free Breakfast” giveaway, organized by By Jarmusch, in collaboration with Buro Bruut and Monsterscore.
By participating in this promotion, the participant agrees to these terms and conditions.

Article 2: Duration of the promotion
The giveaway runs from July 17th through August 17th. Entries submitted after this date will no longer be eligible for the prize.

Article 3: Participation & Newsletter
Participation in the promotion is free and requires filling out the official entry form during the coffee giveaway event.
Newsletter: By filling out the form and participating in the giveaway, the participant automatically subscribes to By Jarmusch’s email newsletter. The participant may unsubscribe from this newsletter at any time via the unsubscribe link at the bottom of the emails.
Participants must be 18 years of age or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian.

Article 4: Prize Details
The winner will receive “A year’s worth of free breakfast” at By Jarmusch. The following strict conditions apply to this prize:
Frequency: The winner may redeem the prize no more than one (1) time per day across all By Jarmusch locations.
Main Course & Add-ons: The prize consists of a maximum of one (1) main course per day. This main course includes a maximum of one (1) add-on. Any additional add-ons ordered are at the winner’s own expense.
Beverages: A maximum of one (1) beverage is included with breakfast. This applies exclusively to coffee, tea, or soft drinks. Alcoholic beverages are expressly excluded.
Personal: The prize is strictly personal and may not be shared with dining companions or transferred to third parties.
Validity: The prize is not redeemable for cash or any other value and is valid for a period of exactly 12 months following the announcement of the winner.

Article 5: Exclusion from Participation
To prevent conflicts of interest and ensure the fairness of the promotion, certain groups are excluded from participation.
Employees of By Jarmusch, Buro Bruut, and Monsterscore are excluded from participation.Upon accepting the prize, the winner grants permission for their first name and, if applicable, a photo to be featured on By Jarmusch’s social media channels.

Article 6: Announcement of the Winner
The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries. The winner will be notified personally via the email address provided. If the winner does not respond within 10 working days, the organization reserves the right to select a new winner. Upon accepting the prize, the winner grants permission for their first name and, if applicable, a photo to be featured on By Jarmusch’s social media channels.

Article 7: Liability
By Jarmusch, Buro Bruut, and Monsterscore are not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from or related to participation in the giveaway or the awarding/use of the prize, nor for any technical malfunctions that prevent participation.

Article 8:Amendment Clause (Organization’s Rights)
By Jarmusch reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of the promotion at any time or to terminate the promotion early, without prior notice and without being liable in any way to compensate participants for any damages.

Article 9: Governing Law and Complaints
These promotion terms and conditions are governed exclusively by Dutch law. Any questions or complaints regarding the giveaway may be directed to info@byjarmusch.nl. This promotion complies with the Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance.

Article 10: Privacy policy
By participating in this promotion, the participant provides personal data to the organization. This data will be processed in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and By Jarmusch’s privacy policy. The data will be used exclusively for the purposes of administering this giveaway and sending the newsletter (provided the participant has consented to receive it).
